Horley Carnival Parade – Pathfinders Walking Exhibition – 17th June 2023

The Pathfinders are attending Horley Carnival Parade 2023 this year.

The Horley carnival returns on Saturday 17th June 2023 and this year’s theme is ‘The Natural World’. We are taking part in the parade as a ‘walking exhibition’. The event is taking place on 17/06/2023 at 11:30 at Massetts Road Car Park. The carnival is on until 5pm.

If your child would like to take part in the parade, we ask that they wear their uniform, especially their scarf. But to also fit in with the theme we would love the children to dress up as an animal. For example, they could wear an animal mask/headband, have their face painted,  bird or butterfly wings, etc.

We are happy to supply a mask/headdress for you to decorate before the carnival.

Please can you let me know if your children will be joining us in the carnival parade and if you are able to walk with us to help supervise the group (parents are welcome to dress up too!

Prizes will be awarded for creativity, innovation and imagination.
