Hire Pathfinder HQ – Flexible Hall hire for Children’s Parties and Meetings in Horley, Surrey

Pathfinder HQ is a purpose-built community headquarters located in Baden Drive, Horley, Surrey, offering a versatile venue for a wide range of activities. Our main hall is ideal for meetings, and children’s parties (under 11s only), with additional facilities including  a kitchen, and a spacious garden (garden use subject to surcharge).

Hall Features

• Heated main hall providing a large, flexible space (upstairs not for hire)

• Approx. hall dimensions: 12m x 8.8m (approx)

• Kitchen

• Large garden available for hire (flat surcharge applies)

• Parking for approximately 15 cars

Availability

The hall is available for hire during the day at weekends, weekdays during the school holidays and on bank holidays. (subject to availability) Most weekday evenings are reserved for Scouting section activities.

Hire Rates

• £25 per hour (hall hire)

• £20 flat fee for garden access

• Discounts available for:

  • Parents of young people in our Scouting groups

  • Organisations booking the hall regularly

  • Scouting and Guiding groups booking sleepovers (subject to availability)
