AGM and Awards Evening 3rd July 2024

We are looking forward to seeing you all at our AGM in July.

We operate an open selection policy for Trustees and I invite anyone interested in helping to please get in touch. We are always actively looking for Trustees and Volunteers to help us as leaders or helping to run the group.

This year we especially need someone who could attend 3 meetings a year for us to take minutes and organise those meetings for the Trustees. This would require you to be a Trustee and will be rewarded with endless tea and lots of gratitude.

Anyone who has experience in Risk Management and again could attend 3 meetings a year to assist with the Risk Management of our 3 buildings. This is a Trustee position, but also comes with endless tea and heaps of gratitude.

If you are able to help in any way at all, either with the above or any other way, such as helping us out by opening our hall up on the occasional weekend for parties, or helping support our brilliant volunteer leaders, please get in touch with your leaders, message us here though Facebook or drop a comment below.
