Beavers’ First Sleepover Adventure: Fun, Games & New Furry Friends!

This past weekend, our Beavers group had a roaringly good time at their very first indoor sleepover and it’s one they’ll never forget! From games and giggles to teddy bears and t-shirts, the night was packed with adventure, creativity, and comfort.

We transformed our indoor space into a campsite, complete with tents for every Beaver to sleep in. For many of our young members, this was their first night away from home, so we made sure it felt special, safe, and fun from start to finish.

One of the biggest highlights of the night was our Build-A-Bear station, where each Beaver got to stuff their very own cuddly companion. From choosing just the right amount of fluff to giving their bear a name, the excitement was sky-high. But it didn’t stop there they also decorated personalized t-shirts for their new furry friends, making sure their bears were just as unique as they are.

With their stuffed bears by their side, the Beavers dove into a night full of team games, storytelling, and laughter. From scavenger hunts to quiet crafts, every moment brought smiles and a sense of togetherness. And of course, no sleepover is complete without an early morning game of football because when you’re a Beaver, even a sunrise can’t slow the fun!

This event wasn’t just about fun (though there was plenty of it!). It was about building confidence, fostering friendships, and helping our Beavers take their first steps towards independence all while cuddled up in sleeping bags next to their new bear buddies.
