The Big Help Out 2024, a special event taking place from Friday, June 7th, to Sunday, June 9th. This event coincides with Volunteers’ Week, celebrating the spirit of volunteerism and community support.

Make a Big Difference with The Big Help Out

The aim of The Big Help Out is to inspire everyone to contribute a little, collectively making a significant impact. This initiative is about mobilising the volunteers of today and tomorrow to take action, create change, and strengthen our communities.

Our Contribution: Revitalising Baden Drive

As part of The Big Help Out 2024, our group has chosen to focus on updating The Baden Drive Scout Hut and organising all of the Scouting Equipment. The hall serves multiple purposes: it is a central hub for our Scouting Groups, a  nursery uses it daily for their preschool, and a venue for community members to host parties, clubs, and meetings. By revitalising this space, we are enhancing its usability and ensuring it remains a valuable asset for all. We loved being part of The Big Help Out 2024 and contributing to our community.
